What can I expect when I hire Soble Law?

It usually takes about a week for a new file to be set up in our system. If we are dealing with 3rd party authorizations, expect 7-10 business days before we start to get any responses back from a creditor or opposing party.

Most clients experience problems that have been created over time and so these problems do take some time to unwind. We pride ourselves in keeping clients informed about the status of their case. The worst thing in the world is to be left hanging about a status right before the weekend. So if you feel that you need an update, refer to our communications policy and get in touch with us. 

Any correspondence that you receive to your file needs to be saved. Time and date stamps can be important to your case so save envelopes along with the letters that you receive.
