*About the Real Estate Investor’s Bus Tour
Join real estate attorney and investor David Soble and professional Detroit Tour Guides when we leave promptly at noon on Sunday, April 23, 2023 to see some of Detroit’s most promising and booming neighborhoods for real estate investors. Filled with opportunity, we will view the homes and businesses in these diverse neighborhoods of Highland Park, 7 Mile & VanDyke, Banglatown, and Martin Park /Hope Village.
Starting on Detroit’s East Side, the tour will feature the Krainz Woods & Conant Gardens Neighborhoods, which features everything from blight to bustling areas and redevelopment. From there we will head over to Banglatown in Detroit on the Hamtramck border where you will witness firsthand, the transformation of a once blighted neighborhood that is now bustling with first generation immigrants who are making their footprint and home in Detroit.
All of the touring and information is sure to work up an appetite so we will take a stop for lunch at Detroit Pizza Bar in the Live6 Corridor of the Bagley Neighborhood (lunch is included with your ticket).
After lunch the next stop is Martin Park/Hope Village. Though adjacent to the University District and partially sharing a zip code, Martin Park is one of Detroit’s more investor friendly areas, and a huge opportunity for the savvy investor. The experience will wrap up with a driving tour of Highland Park and Boston Edison. Once called the cleanest city in America, Highland Park is recovering from decades of blight in a major way.
We will take approximately 4 hours to tour these areas by bus while guests are guided by some of the most knowledgeable real estate entrepreneurs in the community. Come learn what these areas have to offer for the active real estate investor.
We’ll end our neighborhood tour at our “mystery spot.” Then we’ll head back to our place of origin in Farmington Hills.
We’re looking forward to a great afternoon and hope that you’ll join us.
